Dr. Hamming is an Endocrinologist working in Regina, Saskatchewan and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan. He obtained his doctor of medicine form UBC, underwent internal medicine training at the U of S Regina program and obtained his Endocrinology and Metabolism subspecialty training at the University of Alberta. Prior to beginning his career in medicine, Dr. Hamming received a PhD in molecular neuroscience from UBC and completed a 5 year postdoctoral fellowship in the pharmacogenomics of Type 2 diabetes at the Alberta Diabetes Institute at the University of Alberta. He comes well equipped to provide care to patients of southern Saskatchewan and enjoys teaching Endocrinology.
